Hotel Nuevo Boston - Madrid

Fantastic breakfasts with sausage, fatty bacon, pastry or toast, everyone could try something new. The staff that we encountered were super friendly. The hotel had a remote location close to the airport in distance.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location is best possible, 3 km from El Capricho Park. It's updated with large beds and pleasant views.

We had a pleasant stay in case of more 1 night stay.

Everything was simply very good. We appreciated this perfectly clean hotel with a friendly reception. The restaurant was good with nice dinner buffet and Breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. Also, location was favourable and unbeatable, not too far from Plaza Mayor. Furthermore, the area was excellent

great access to parks and major landmarks nearby

I stayed here for one night and loved that I could easily stroll to El Capricho Park in just about 25 minutes, where I enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and the staff were helpful, solving my travel issues quickly and making my stay more comfortable.

The service was great and the rooms were spotless with all necessary facilities, standard equipments and drinks. The staff was pleasant plus the location was favourable and unbeatable...

Very modern nice hotel, lovely rooms, nice helpful staff. Very convenient for airport, which was the main requirement for us. Would recommend this hotel but eat elsewhere as restaurant is very basic.

Poor restaurant. Very limited and basic menu. Overpriced for the quality of food offered.

The air conditioning could have been better and the swimming pool was closed until June.

close to the airport and fair price

The room was clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed and modern US-style bathroom appliances. The staff was pleasant. If you are sleeping here in order to catch a morning flight from Barajas airport, this hotel is excellent for the price with the exception of the food, which was terrible and overpriced. Come full, sleep well, and take their free shuttle to the airport in the morning.

The restaurant food was terrible (made my wife sick) and way overpriced. Dinner was as much as our room! Do not eat here.

The room was good. The pool area was nice.

Cosidering that the hotel is located near the airport one would think it works as a business hotel. However, breakfast started too late (at 7 am) for morning flights. Also, the shuttle bus service was not very effective. One had to order it by phonecall and wait for at least 30 minutes. From the hotel the service works only once an hour

Hotel advertised 24hour shuttle when in fact. shuttle ran only at certain times and had to be reserved ahead of time. Also 3 taxi's at airport refused to bring us to our hotel(from the airport) because it was to close to the airport(fare would be to low and they would rather get riders that would have a higher fare)I took a picture of the taxi license and threatened to notify the policia in the airport, the taxi driver then changed his mind and took us to the hotel. The hotel staff on duty stated"We have this problem all the time." IT was hard to get to the hotel from the center of Madrid. We took the metro and the bus, but the last bus was at 1030. Staff were helpful in explaining the metro and bus system to us.

It is very difficult to reach the front door. There should be an entrance on each corner since the street is blocked just before the hotel

Loved the 24-hour shuttle service to get around easily! The pool area was nice and relaxing after a long day. Had an awesome stay with great value for the price.

Felt very much at home, nothing to complain about.
